Be careful !

There are 2 different systems for reporting 25D levels.

 

One uses nanograms per milliliter or ng/mL.

 

The other uses nanomoles per liter or nmol/L.

 

They are NOT the same.

​

For example, 20 ng/mL = 50 nmol/L.

 

If you read a paper using the nmol/L, their numbers will look high.

 

Divide the nmol/L by 2.5 to get 25D into the ng/mL system that I use exclusively in my videos.
